How talk-time pricing works.

No per-seat fees. Slide to your call volume, pick a tier, and pay a $20 base plus your per-minute rate. Go over your included minutes and overage billing kicks in automatically.

Only the time Ringlee actually spends talking to a shopper on a call. SMS follow-ups are included, and a call that goes to voicemail uses just a few seconds.
Nothing breaks. You simply pay the per-minute overage rate for your plan — and that rate drops as you move up. You can also set a monthly cap so spend never surprises you.
Paid plans are $20/mo plus your per-minute rate for the minutes you select on the slider. Monthly plans bill through Shopify every 30 days, with overages charged at your tier's rate. Annual plans save 25% but don't support pay-as-you-go overages — pick a high enough minute limit upfront.
Anytime, in a click. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard — changes apply to your next billing cycle.
Minutes reset each month so plans stay simple. If you consistently finish early, drop down a plan; if you keep hitting overages, the next tier usually pays for itself.
