These Terms govern your use of Ringlee AI ("Ringlee", "we", "us"), an app that recovers abandoned carts for Shopify stores using AI voice calls and SMS. By installing or using Ringlee, you agree to these Terms.
Ringlee detects abandoned carts and checkouts in your store, then contacts the shopper by automated voice call and text message to help them complete their purchase. Features, limits and availability may change as we improve the product.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. You must give accurate information and use Ringlee only for a store you own or are authorised to manage.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and any required consent to call and text your shoppers, and for complying with the rules that apply to you — including TCPA, GDPR, PECR and similar laws. Ringlee gives you tools for consent, quiet hours, Do-Not-Call suppression and opt-outs, but you decide who is contacted.
Any recovery rates, ROI figures or examples on our site are illustrative blended averages, not guarantees. Results depend on your traffic, offer and audience. We aim for high uptime but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringlee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using Ringlee and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service and its users.
We may update these Terms as the product changes. We'll update the date above and notify merchants in-app of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
